Integrative counseling
What is Integrative Counseling?
We are all complex and amazingly made humans with bodies, minds, and souls that are meant to be in harmony with each other. Yet sometimes we find ourselves disconnected, afraid or confused about how to bring about the harmony we intrinsically know is ours. Sometimes we carry stories and patterns in our minds and bodies that keep us from honoring ourselves and others. Sometimes we need support in healing from grief or unexpected life circumstances. We may be afraid to take the next step to courageously live our dreams. And, sometimes we simply desire an honest, compassionate listening ear to support the truth we know is ours. For whatever you carry in your heart and soul, integrative counseling is a holistic approach to healing that pays attention and care to all aspects of you. Through the use of humanistic and spiritual (non-religious) modalities combined with body/mind healing techniques, Integrative counseling will help you restore and align your personal strength, peace of mind and inner joy to support your soul’s journey forward.
