Invite your friends, family, and co-workers – this workshop is donation-based and open to ages 14 and up! Bring a lawn chair, blanket, pillows and wear comfortable shoes. Social distancing and masks required. All experience levels welcome!
Myra is the senior minister of Unity of Kansas City North. She has taught meditation workshops and led group meditations for 25+ years. Evan is a member of the Unity Leadership Team and facilitates our in-person weekly group meditations. Together, they enjoy sharing their love for meditation and feel it is essential to maintaining a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
