Integrative Sacred Connection offers a holistic approach to inner healing and self discovery in a way that emphasizes the interconnectedness of all aspects of life. This program, developed by Myra McFadden, combines spiritual practice with real-life application, to foster a deeper understanding and connection with oneself, others, and the universe.

This workshop blends wisdom from Native American and Japanese spiritual traditions, drawn from Myra’s own heritage, with timeless practices of meditation, mindfulness and ritual to honor the sacred in everyday experiences. By exploring these diverse traditions and experiences, each person can integrate what feels true and alive within their unique beliefs and values. This approach encourages a sense of unity, compassion, and reverence for life, and promotes both personal growth and a broader sense of community and harmony with the world.

Integrative Sacred Connection invites us to honor and celebrate the divine presence within ourselves and the world around us, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling existence. It is a time of renewal and reconnection. A space to listen deeply. An opportunity to integrate your whole self into greater compassion and clarity.
