We are blessed by an amazing music team here at UKCN! Valerie Mackey leads our Sunday service team, which includes our very talented band, song leaders, and soloists.​We also have a dedicated choir, led by Susan Harp, that blesses us quarterly, and a handbell choir that plays on select holidays. If you are interested in joining our music ministry, please contact our office.

Are you considered handy? Do you love to work in the yard? Help maintain our church and grounds! Projects include simple maintenance, like changing AC filters and light bulbs, or helping with basic yard care. For questions or to sign up, contact team lead, Evan Griffith!

​Join the Earthcare Team on a journey of spiritual relationship with the earth as we co-create, educate and develop earth awareness here at Unity of Kansas City North. We plan to do this through developing a recycling program, performing an energy audit of our facility, beautifying and maintaining our grounds and planning an Earth Day celebration.Team Coordinator: Valerie Gautieri

​The UKCN Support Team is a dedicated group of volunteers who follow up with members of our spiritual community who may need a phone call, visit, meal, or other short-term assistance. 

The reasons for assistance from the UKCN Support Team are many, and may include:

• Easy meals when a family member is in or just home from the hospital

• Transportation to doctor appointments 

• Friendly calls 

• Transportation to & from church services

• Food and other support following the passing of a loved one

If you or someone you know may be in need of short-term assistance from our Team, please contact Janelle Rubelee or Rev Myra. 

Help serve those needing food in the Northland. On first Saturdays, we distribute food via a mobile pantry on our UKCN grounds. We are always needing able bodied folks to help direct traffic and load food into trunks. All are welcome. Children need to be accompanied by an adult.
